We are facing server issues but we will put in our best efforts to declare results today. i.e. 8 July 2012.
As you all are well aware that MTU has come up with a new student portal. It is still in its initial stages and not very well prepared to handle heavy loads, which it will have to once the results are declared. There are certain server issues which must be taken into consideration in order to prevent a server crash and this is causing the delay. We are putting in our best efforts to announce the results today i.e. 8 July 2012.
Disclaimer: This is not an official account but one controlled by MTU officials. These are insider information which we felt were ought to be shared with the students. Please don’t indulge in speculations and rumors.

Students must understand that its a humongous task to compile and upload result of approx. 90,000 students. It takes time. In addition to that we have to prepare the servers to handle a traffic of more than 1 lac visitors within a span of 6 hours, resources are limited. This at times causes delay. There various technical snags which must be taken into account. The process of declaring the results was initiated yesterday, we faced some problems and thus the delay occurred. We are putting in our best efforts to announce the result as soon as possible. Kindly be patient and refrain yourselves from spreading rumors and indulging in speculations of any sort.

‘Students’ firstly, we NEVER claimed that this is an official MTU page/account. It is a page/account being managed by MTU officials. We have taken this initiative in order to bring transparency in the working of university. So the students know how their university is functioning, and thereby stopping the rumors from spreading. Secondly government organisations do have Facebook and twitter accounts, Delhi Traffic Police, MCD are few examples, even our prime minister has a twitter profile. I honestly hope that now you will keep yourself updated with the happenings before making any comment.

Few days before Mtu declared 4th semester result but after looking result a big confussion is occurred please help us, actually in my result it shown that Human value subject is not cleared, it is very much setback for me I never expect this is going to be happened with me and sir main problem is marks are not mentioned in this subject in result, this is same situation is happening of my almost all classmates that’s why I ask you sir please give your urgent feedback regarding this issue.
One more thing I want to know that can I give this paper in coming carryover exam?if yes then it is necessary to submit the carryover fee.

No problem, if marks are not mentioned. Just write application to your college dean. He will contact university on behalf of all students.
And second thing is if you have not cleared your exam, you can give it next year. It is not counted as back. It’s just that you need to clear it once in your b tech course.
