All MTU students who wish to give carryover examination for the backs in even semesters are informed that carryover forms are now available in your college. Please fill the form and submit it to your college by 2-07-2012
Remember the rule “A student is allowed to fill only four carryover examination form in one academic year”. If he/she fills more forms and give more examination, university will not be held responsible for it.

,i am a student of Galgotias college of engineering and technology(097) greater noida gautam buddh nagar,of 1st year.
my resultof 2nd sermester was declared on 10th june and i am not able to perform good due to being ill during exam times,
so i want to know that can i reappear in few subjects so can i score a good marks and improve my result which will be helpful for me in future in company placements and other places.
Please provide me information about the process of giving such exams, i will be very thankful to you for this.

Sir I have four backs in Ist sem and 2 backs in second sem but i have qualified all others papers and my first year aggregate is more than 50%. sir mere result status fail hai & carry over papers mai nil dikha raha hai. mere total 6 back hai to kya mai carryover papers de sakta hoon.
yes u can give a maximum of 4 carry over papers in total for your year(both sems).
Sir, i got 72 % in 2nd semester but i have 1 carry over exam of 50 marks paper…this paper destroyed my result…my problem is – i did not filled carry over exam form till now due to lack of awareness…and carry over exam will be held from 10 july….can i submit form now but last date for this was 18 june…please give me solution because i want to clear exam…plzzz reply soon because i am very depressed

You need at least 26 credits in theory examinations in order to be promoted to next year. Therefore, you need to score 8 more credits to pass. There is no such rule as how many backs you have to clear.
For example, if you have backs in Manufacturing pro and E.V.S. and you clear both of them,then you will not be promoted to next year because the sum of their credits is 4. But you need at least 8 credits to pass, therefore, select the carry over subjects wisely which will give you the required credit value.
